To provide the best experience for our clients and ensure smooth operations, the following policies are in place:
Late Arrival Policy:
We understand that life happens! If you're running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. Communication helps us accommodate you while staying on schedule.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
- Arrivals beyond the grace period may be required to reschedule.
- If you wish to proceed with your appointment after the grace period, we may accommodate you depending on our schedule with an additional $25 adjustment fee.
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that emergencies happen and plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us ahead of time so we can make the necessary adjustments.
- Please reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients.
- Same-day rescheduling may incur an additional $15 fee, depending on availability.
- Repeated same-day changes may require a deposit for future bookings.
No-Call/No-Show Policy
We value your time and make every effort to provide the best care and service during you scheduled appointment. In return, we kindly ask that you respect our time as well.

- A non-refundable deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
- After two no-shows, we may no longer accept bookings from the client.
Pick-Up Policy
We know your time is valuable, and we want to make pick-ups as easy as possible. To help you stay on track, we'll call you 15 minutes before your pup is ready so you can plan accordingly.

- You have 30 minutes to pick them up, starting after the 15-minute notice period.
- If you need more time, a $5 fee will be charged for every additional 30 minutes.
- If your pet isn't picked up by our closing time (5pm Monday -Friday or 3pm Saturday), a $25 after-hours fee will apply.
Flea Bath Policy:
To help protect your pet and others in our care, we require that any pets with fleas undergo a flea bath during their grooming session.
- If your pet has fleas, an automatic $15 flea bath charge will be added to the grooming service. This helps prevent the spread of fleas to other dogs and our facility.
- If your pet has more than a mild case of fleas, the fee will increase to $30 and may be subject to change depending on severity and your dog's size/coat type
Matting and Coat Condition Policy:
We want every dog to leave our salon looking and feeling their best. If your pet arrives with excessive matting or in poor condition, an additional fee will be added to account for the extra time and care needed to restore their coat.
- Severe Matting: In cases of severe matting, a complete shave-down may be required. We will always prioritize your pet's comfort and safety throughout the process.
